bad service

<p>I went to Shoprite today to buy just two items,waited 30minutes to be assisted in the express tills. ROSE who was the cashier in the express till,on the 7th of June at 13:00 just stood up from her till and cleared her terminal with a queue of about 20people infrnot of her. It was like she couldn't even see us there. Rose needs proper customer service training </p>
