Bad service

<p>On Saturday 03/06/2017 I went to shoprite Tembisa plaza to do a grocery shopping,then on the 5 kg sugar shelves there was not sugar,then I saw a lady by the name of Minenhle and I asked her to get me the 5 kg sugar from the stock room.to my surprise she told me that she doesn't work in the stock room therefore I must got find a manager and ask him to go get me the sugar.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so shocked at her response and asked her to repeat that and she repeated it confidently.</p> <p>I then saw a guy by the name of Edward and informed him of what had just happened and asked him to her me the sugar,which he we and got for me without being rude or anything.I was happy with the way he assisted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>About Minenhle I am still upset because she doesn't know what good customer service is.and doesn't care about customers,I don't think she's a water that there is competition out there,I mean there is pick n pay and spar but I chose to go to shop rite.so next time I will not even bother to go to shop rite because of their lazy, arrogant staff member.</p> <p>She will definitely drive away customers.</p>
