bad service

<p>good day</p> <p>i went to shoprite sunny side branch last night around 19:30 to collect money that was send to me via momey market, the que was just ok and 4 people were stationed at the counter but to my suprise only one cashier was only assisting clients and the other three cashier were grouped themself next to the lotto machine,talking and laughting while we waiting for about an hour to be assisted.</p> <p> and like i am saying the que was not even 6 people more but i had to stand more than an hour to be services.</p> <p>this is really unacceptable and we do not need people like that to render service to customer because they clearly have no idea what is customer service and hour this role of customer service is important in any business.</p> <p>i took down those cashier name and it was Thabiso,Nomshando moloi and i was assisted by a very rude one without her name tag on cashier 109 at around 20:22.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will really appeciate if this can be attended to and feedback to be provided to me.</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Angela Monaki</p>
