Bad service

<p>On the 8th of December I went to Shoprite in Kempton Park CBD to deposit money into the money transfer, unfortunately an hour later I accidentally lost the slip that has the M no before I could sent the number to the person I deposited for, then on Saturday the 10th I went back to the very same store to ask for a reprint and I was told they can't reprint the slip but they are going to send an email to the head office, . fine I had to wait, then again on the 14th I returned to the store once again, the manager without even looking at her emails or even looking at me or asking for my name or ID, she just told me that they have not received any response from the head office, and she told me I can't contact their head office, now I don't know who to go to for help. Can you please help me. </p>
