bad service

<p>I went to shoprite boitekong mall to do a bit shopping around past 6 in the evening, the store closed at 7 while I was inside, after paying for my groceries I went to lotto terminal that is inside the store, to my suprise the lady refused to let me play lotto saying she has already catched up, I tried to beg her and explain that I was inside the shop doing shopping, she just left me there talking alone and went to the cashiers office. </p>
