Bad service.

<p>Good Day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to lay my grievance against a Lady named Portia from shoprite Katlehong, Hlahatsi section.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently the lady had already knocked off because there was a closed sign on her counter, a customer came wanting to pay and she told her she's closed the till, I followed the lady to the kiosk to go pay and the ladies colleagues came to pay which is fine according to the workers there and a customer with a trolley full of grocery came to pay and the lady helped the guy which seemed like they knew each other because they were having a nice conversation and then the lady shouted saying "she can do whatever she wants when she feels like closing a till she can do it and same applies to opening it"</p> <p> </p> <p>I see this as being unfair and this is not the 1st time receiving bad service at the same place, I think we are being judged and looked down upon because this is ekasi(in the township).</p> <p> </p> <p>If something can be done about this particular lady it will set an example on how they need to treat people that put bread on their tables.</p> <p> </p> <p>I work with people as well,I work for standard bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help us!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Mooketsi.</p>
