Bad Service

<p>Hi</p> <p><br />I went to Shoprite in Tokoza Khumalo street on Thursday night the 18th August 2016 around 19:00 to get myself a sim card as i needed to do a sim swap for my lost sim card that was in the phone i lost. Surprisingly i was told that i cant get the sim card because i have to rica the sim card 1st before they can allow me to purchase it....I explained nicely to the ladies that was at the Kiosk at that time that i don't need to rica the sim card as it doesnt need to be ricad for a sim swap, but still i was denied the sim card....Am so disappointed at the moment as the store was my only hope to get a sim card at because i dont get a chance to shop for a sim card.</p> <p><br />Shoprite Tokoza staff am so disappointed in your service guys</p>
