Bad Service

<p>I was at Shoprite kroonstad 5min ago and i am so ****ed with the treatment I get every time i use my RCS card to pay,I do not at all mind the fact that they have to verify my details every time I shop but the manner in which they handle it makes me want to puke every time, they treat me like i am some ******** ,today i was made to wait for more than 30min just because someone didn't want to call RCS,and i was getting comments like now making the line wait from Cahiers, i complained about this to the Management a number of times but now it's even getting worse every time, I feel like Shop rite kroonstad owes me some apology for always embarrassing me in front of other customers,I myself work for a retail company and i am aware that the's a Professional way of doing things to avoid belittling customers like that</p>
