Bad service

<p>Uterly desturbed by the service and the process shoprite follows .I tried purchasing a cellc simcard at shoprite and was referred to the kiosk of which i advised them that i want a sim card for simswap purposes .I was send from pillar to post and no one could help me ...What makes this a fear factor is that it could have been an emergency and yet some supervisors and managers dont have the s**** in their positions Patricia Mazibuko and Wiseman Mnube looked at me as if i was **** ...the problem here is that we have to beg for service from the shoprite team and take it with a smile when we dont receive any ,the sim card problem could have been avoided if the policies was not store specific and the sim card were not stacked in the store next to the cherckout point intead of the Kiosk .The problem in many areas always gets made to be race specific yet the service is the issue upon me asking names both supervisor and manger vacated the floor wow! i said .... will any changes in service gets made i trust this review will fall on deaf ears as well .Will i shop at my local store or any shoprite again , i guess not ...</p>
