BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 04/07/2017 around 18:30 I went to Shoprite Olieven plaza and when I was at the till, I requested a cash back from Thusi. Who told me that she just came and doesn't have money, she then swiped my grocery and said I should go to the next till for cash. I then asked if she could print the grocery receipt so that I can swipe once and she said no, I have to swipe twice. I refused and she called Tintswalo to come and reverse the grocery. She just came and said to Thusi I am wasting her time with all the reversal as if I wasn't there. I said to Tintswalo what does that mean, she then turned around and said very rudely that Thusi will be in trouble for all the reversals in her name. After reversing the grocery they both said I should go to the next till for payment. I then went there alone and Vannesa was the cashier. I greeted her and told her I am from Thusi and she said to come to her. Vannesa just looked at me and continued with the que, after helping the second person I then put my grocery before the third person and was only assisted then. I was extremely angry with the terrible service I received from both cashiers and their supervisor. They don't greet their customers, don't smile and even don't communicate. The manager should take Tintswalo, Thusi and Vannesa for customer service training as they really need to know how to treat their customers.</p>
