Bad service

Shoprite has the worst service ever. I don't know whether when they employ, the employ according to how rude you are or how much you can ignore the customer while you're having a conversation with your fellow colleague or how hard you can chew your gum. I'm telling you, went to Shoprite about 3 weeks back, the lady at the till busy talking to her colleague while she's suppose to be helping us and chowing gum like tomorrow the world is ending. I had to remind her that we waiting to pay or should we go to another till. She did'nt even apologize, she just carried on as if what she did was ok. Shoprite needs to do something about their staff, and it's all of the Shoprites not just one. Teach them how to #win and make our experience with the store and good and memorable one.
