BAD SERVICE

I went to Shoprite Absa Olievenhoutbosch . When I was paying at the till, Mpho who had a temp name tag refused to pack my grocery, Olwethu had a long queue and practically bagged Mpho for assistance and she just ignored her. After this whole ordeal I requested a ride to go home. To my surprise the Shoprite entrance was blocked with trolley's by security. I had to move next to KFC for my pickup. The first car arrived and the security said it must find a packing in order to pick up. I couldn't be picked up. I then asked the security what his problem was and he was rude. Said I will be picked up on his terms and there's nothing I can do about that. I was so disappointed about the service I received as a customer. I then shot a video of the security guy, who didn't have a name tag and wore a balaclava on his face. There no way I can be standing on long queues because of few tills opened on a month end and still be mistreated by staff. This is totally unacceptable. Shoprite please teach your staff customer service and the center manager must sort out the security company, the security staff must not be rude to customers. What kind a security allows the staff to cover their faces on duty and not have name tags.
