Bad service

As a person who is working in the retail industry and working with customers every day, i understand the pressures that cime with it. But then again ni matter how bad your day may be, when dealing with customers you must strive to deliver the best service possible unfortunately that is not what you will get at this particular store.

I have a newborn baby and you can imagine how tiring it can get going from shop to shop trying to find what you are looking for to no avail, so on Saturday I needed huggies i decided to call the store to make sure they have them in stock before going all the way for nothing, i was not ready for what was on the other side of the line! Whoever was assisting me was so rude, she said rhe is going to get someone to assist me, sde came back and said sde can't find anyone so i must give her my number, i gave vn her my name she was like i didn't ask for your name just your number, the attitude and disrespect on her voice made me fume i asked for her name and she just ended the call on my ear!

Unfortunately I couldn't go to that store and i have decided to never set foot there! They are the worst in customer service and i would rather spend my money where i am appreciated.
