Bad service

Im not happy with the service i got from ndofaya shoprite, from the securities to cashiers. I was standing on the line for moneymarket, security came asked who is withdrawing money i raised my hand i went to the cashiers that were standing they didnt help me instead kept on chatting untill some lady decided to come in decided to assist her first but not me, they just told me i should go back to the line i had to start the line all over again can you guys give your cashiers training i was hurt shame
