Bad, rude, arrogant cashier

Went to make a withdrawal and pay my funeral policy and one tray of meat. The first cashier Busi explained nicely that her money market is not working then she asked her colleague to assist me with my transaction. She took me to Priscilla Nethononda i explained what i wanna do, she made me wait for her to push her. Queue mind you I've was in a queue previously, i stood there till she was done. We did the withdrawal n she refused to pay my policy and that meat, telling me i must go find a till where i will pay im inconveniencing her customers i was not her customer i must see where i go with my meat and policy, i then asked why do i have to go elsewhere because im there and im a paying customer.. Eyo did i not be told how stupid i am and that she will never help me, shes not there for me she has better customers. Mind you im with my mom whos a pensioner and we stood by the queues not that we jumped everyone. I was so heart broken felt like a stupid, i then spoke to the manager that instead of her repremanding Priscilla she asked Busi why she never called control.. So ***********. The ladies at money market maki tried to help Thank you but i was already fed up and angry. Can something be done about the Priscilla girl shes one of those thaf make our shopping miserable in Meadowlands shoprite. Im very angry and not happy at all, worse she has a nerve of telling me im wasting my time by looking for the manager. Im very angry, at times we do tolerate their nonesense but today was beyond. PRISCILLA is very rude, arrogant and bully with a messy attitude. I dont know if they not trained for customer service.. Please go back to the drawing board we dont need such people.
