Bad rotten service!!!

Went into Shoprite on Sunday evening to draw money form the tellers Went to the last till seems that she was available when I got there I was still polite by greeting her so nicely. She looked at me like I was mad ok I went on for what I came in for. Where she turn around and said don't have the amount am looking for. Asked again can you asked your colic she told me that she's not her job but her superior's JOB!!! I than ask for the manager she just said walk down you'll get him and assisted her colic hat was standing behind 2 more clients huh? Really and on top of that they laugh about it! She did not see that my husband was in the same queue when they started talking and laughing. He told her are you aware that's my wife she just ignored him. When the manger went to her till she had that amount that I wanted how nice. Thank you sir for the help but I think you should have dealt with her in front of me. I feel she was more ****** than anything. I should have understood if she can speak proper English but there was a BIG NO, NO!! And please do me a favour
