Bad, poor service _ Shoprite

I have been quiet for a long time regarding Shoprite staff. There's is no Shoprite where I've had better experience. They act like they own the place. Rude to customers. Chat with customers standing in line for hours. Recent disgusting service, stood in line, express till, with one item in hand for over an hour (Shoprite, Jabulani Mall) And we have to be ok with it. Shoprite is disappointing, unbearably disgusting... Customer service went to the dogs. And it seems head office don't give a rats ass. When they apply for jobs they all angels, once employed, disrespectful incarnations of the devil...
