Bad pathetic service!

So yesterday the 1st of Feb I went to shoprite in boulders mall. We had long ques where we were expected to pack for ourselves as customers while half of the staff was in the floor busy packing on the shelves when customers were kept waiting. When a man who in front of me complained the cashiers mocked him and kept on laughing as if he is a joke. We demand that we get 100% and satisfying service after all we are using our hard earned money to bring business and also create employment for the stupid cashiers who clearly have no training of what we call customer service. Whether black or white customer we all demand respect and dignity when we at shops, we pick the groceries and ontop of that we must unpack it at the till and the put in grocery bags when we are not paid to do so. Hell no! Please fix this it not okay.
