Bad Management

So my mom was doing grocery shooting at one of the shoprite stores in Protea Glen. She slipped and fell and broke her leg. One of the Managers by the name of Mrs Bernard took her into the the managers office, she was then told that she needs to go to the hospital and pay for her own medical bills and after that she will be reimbursed her money back. This happened last year on the 1st of August 2020. Until this day she has not been reimbursed the money that they have promised. Every time we go to Protea Glen Shoprite for a follow up we're been told that there's nothing that we can do. We've sent everything to the insurance company and they will be in contact. Up to this day, neither me or my mom has received a call from shoprite or the insurance company
