Bad, horrible customer experience from Shoprite Protea Gardens Soweto

I have received the worst service from the store Manager at Shoprite Protea Gardens in Soweto on 09/12/2018 The Manager could not resolve a query or answer a simple question instead he used his emotions and he was very unprofessional. I sent an email to their complaints dept, no one ever responded. I think Shoprite should consider training their management and staff for customer retention and educate them of the business ethics
