Bad experience in the store with a my newborn baby girl

I have heard so many people complain about Delft shoprite until it happen to me today... Went in at shoprite Delft Mall around past 9 t0 10 coming from the hospital appointment with a 6days baby girl.

So I dedided to buy some staff. Coming to the the cashier to pay and the store was still empty that time so the Cashier told me that they offline cash send as I need to draw before paying 😭😭😭 oohk so I said plsss keep my trolley let me go n draw to capitec I'm coming back she said yes... After standing in a long Que at capitec rushing back with my child remember she is 6days and I have abdominal pains.. This lady she is cashing up and she said 🥺🥺🥺I'm going oohk then where is the trolley with my staff I don't know not my problem I'm going now with annoyed face... I had to with my numb arms go look for a trolley then do the shopping again imagine lines where full then.. I was shaking with tears I ask the the manager she didn't even hear me and she could see I'm in pains only customers said no I can't stand on the que with small baby then they help me to go n pay.. Trainee manager gave me a stupid answer and now I'm writing this review as I can't sleep with pains and came to my mind what happened today.... Shame there is absolutely no customer service @that shoprite..
