Bad experience at shoprite in kokstad

I went to shoprite at kokstad on the 03 May 2024. I went to pay for my grocery using a voucher. They act as if they don't know it. They have never seen it before. They ddnt even bother to call head office and ask for help. Instead they called each other and said they cnt use the voucher . I am using the voucher when am in joburg. I felt soo humiliated as if am using the wrong voucher. Everyone was there the workers looking at me as if am wrong. Am not happy at all I had to use my cash I was helped by Thumeka Gwiji.
