Bad experience at Shoprite

Shoprite CBD used to be good to me until when I was helped by some lady with a very bad attitude 😳😱 I went there to ask for cash back greeting nicely like I always do because I know how it's like to work with pople..aibo the lady is like I don't have she's not even looking at me ...I ask cant you ask other tills maybe they have yoh I was really disturbing her peace to be honest ..I then asked for the manager where came the food manager and explained everything shame he just acted like what I'm saying is nonsense ..they just don't know how to treat people worst experience ever ... Shoprite was never like this I wonder what went wrong I'm Soo disappointed.... management please check your staff they really need to improve
