Bad Experience

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Firstly I will like to express myself by saying the level of service I received in Hazyview Liquor store was shocking. I told the manager that I bought the same KWV 5 years special for R129 in JHB the one with two glasses, and their one is displayed with R154.99 price tag. I asked the manager/supervisor why the one without glasses is is R129 and the one with glasses is R154.99 and he said that is the way it is, fair enough, I took it anyway, and when I got to the till the scanner showed R129.99 and didn't want to go into some argument. So again same guy I asked him if they have Ice blocks and he said he will go and check for me.<br> <br> Secondly when i get to the till the I told the cashier that I am waiting for Ice blocks, and she said why don't I go get it myself, if she could have waited for me to finish talking she would have understood why I was saying I am waiting \Cool"she turned around and told the same guy that I am waiting for Ice"
