Bad experiance turned into Good

I had a horrible experience at the Checkers building in Pinetown. I have written my dissatisfaction to the responsible person, who promised me she will investigate and revert back to me. As promise I received a well drafted letter from the head of the responsible department. Mr Parkinson, again apologise for my son’s experience and confirmed what they are doing to rectify the issue.

Thank you Shoprite and Checkers for resolving the issue and do exactly what they said they will do.

My 9 year old boy still refuse to go back to the building but I will reassure him this will not happen again
