Bad customers service shoprite Bridge city

Shoprite Bridge city is a disaster, today my wife and I was doing shopping at shoprite Bridge city, I then had to go out of the store when I came back to pay they couldn't let me in I pleaded them to let me in so I can swipe my staff cardand buy groceries for my family and all I needed to do was to swipe the card as my wife was already waiting for me at the till to pay for our groceries,I was treated like a full as they were laughing at me and man handled by the security guards during the urgument, we sadly had to leave the without all our groceries, my wife had to use another card. these BBC securities guards that were closing the store on the 29th July 2018,they were very rude and couldn't help,, I also work for the same group of shoprite, and the way I was treated today does not reflect good customer service and values of the company and I would like Mr Andrew Shaws to really look into this and tell me what he is going to do about this , I fell those security guards don't deserve to be working for shoprite. I feel everyone working for shoprite and even the securities should know about the BBB policy and I'm waiting for a response if not I will lay charges against these guards and the cameras outside the shop were recording at this time. This has caused emotional pain for me and my wife as we became a center of attention and everyone was looking at us, these guards do not know what they doing and I even tried to speak to the supervisor and the stupid supervisor was very rude and couldn't help all they were telling me is they rushing to go home that is bull**** they wanted a job and first now they can't do their ****in jobs.
