Bad customer services

on the 8 of november 2024 , I bought a 2 liter crystal valley milk at SHOPRITE CHECKERS[PTD] LTD in COSMO CITY CNR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND SO.When I Ogot home and open the milk it had wretched smell as I look inside the milk it had two different colours which were white and yellow. The product disgusted me .So I decided to go back to the same shoprite where I bought the milk to raise my complaint and get a refund.Therefore I went to the customer service where I found a lady named SEBONGILE MASHIMBYI .I had shown her the milk and she gave me an unprofessional response .She had said 'WHAT DO I YOU WANT ' , So I asked her what Shoprite's policy is when it comes to selling expired products to the consumer. Her response was that I should get a refund or she would exchange the milk.So I enquired about the quality of the milk because the rest of the milk with the same brand that I bought were still in the aisle. she said that I should drink the milk while I am still in the shop to ensures if it expired or not . Hence I chose to get a refund.So I left immediately due the fact that she said I must drink the milk while I am still the shop to ensure its quality and I am not happy as a consumer with her response.It worries me because the milk were still on the aisle to be sold although I had complain about its quality.if this is left unchecked young south african children might die due to its quality and employees like SEBONGILE MASHIMBYI should be taken back to training because they are unprofessional and have bad work ethics.
