Bad customer service,long queues

Second time in 2 days,till queues very long at Shoprite Tsakane Mall,no management to observe or put in measures to remedy the bad service experienced from standing for long,staff roaming around in groups whilst customers are standing in long queues,this happened on the 8th and again on the 9th Jan 2024,no sense of urgency what do ever is this because the store is serving blacks only
