Bad customer service,false advertising

I am a very unhappy Katlehong shoprite mini ,I have spoken to the manager,brand manager and the regional on numerous times,their staff is just not willing to assist customers.I went to the shop to buy the advertised lines and I was once told that they are in the store from and I must buy the other product and the staff must push for that line,on another occasion I was told it is not on stock,when I spoke to the brand manager it was in the store room and he had to assist me,then on another occasion I called the shop first because I know they sell ko stock,and the lady in the office told me there is stock available and se was very rude,those are just a few incidents I have had with them,today I spoke to a veronicah who told me she is sitting in the the the the office and cannot go check for me,I am tired of calling the regional and complaining where as nothing is done about the bad service and false advertising and incompetency of their staff
