Bad Customer service, the angry old lady

It is with great regrets to be shopping at shoprite”Ga-rankuwa” and served by Jane Tshabalala a cashier that hates either her job or us the customers, this is for the shoprite customer service team, when they train their staff do they teach them “TCF”? Will never know , I am very angry to say the least, I don’t know if we are suppose to bring till packers for ourselves, I think it’s high time we are taken serious by shoprite, because cashiers know very well that they can get away with treating customers unfairly, this is unacceptable, Our LSM allows us to shop there , should we be scared of cashiers who ain’t happy with their jobs???quick suggestion not to be rude but old cashier are mostly the angry ones maybe shoprite might to high more youthful people and bring joy and smiles to the till point, thank you
