Bad customer service- Shoprite Mabopane Square

I had the worst experience at Shoprite Mabopane Square (Liquor store). The security guard requested I leave my parcel at the store but within a few minutes when I returned my parcel was missing.instead of being professional the security guard instead insulted my friends and I and all this took place in front of management.tje management made me to write a statement and promised to refund me and get back to me asap... instead that never happened,instead I think they just wanted to get rid of us
