Bad customer service money market

Hi <br> <br> On the 23/02/15 time was 17:33 , I went to Shoprite Soshanguve Plaza at money market to deposit monies in the amount of R1509, 99 with reference number M***, I sent Legadimane the ref no, he called to confirm that he did receive the details. On the 24/02/15 at 09h00 he went to the Shoprite in Limpopo to collect the money the person who helped him said he must call the person who deposited the money to go to the same shoprite to ask them to resend the money again because it looks like there was a network problem, same day I went to shoprite, they check their system and shows me that the system says the money is unavailable they said I must go and do affidavit and return it to them that's when I went to police station and revert back to shoprite and they said I must come the following day which is the 25/02/15 to come and collect my money, I went there yesterday only to find another story, telling me that my money was withdrawn on the 24/02/2015 at Shoprite Limpopo, Market street, then they said I must go and open case I did and revert back to them with case number they refuse to take the case no. I want my money back and I am disappointed with Shoprite services
