Bad customer service from Store Manager and false advertisent

They wait for the customer to get mad before assisting the customer.There a box of poitjiekos with the price of 116 on the shelf then a low price paper besides it written beef poitjiekos 79.99 (per kg not mentioned) so to any customer it means the cost of that beef poitjiekos is 79.99 as types of meats had PER KG on them except the beef poitjiekos.when I got to the tills they ringed the beef poitjiekos with 116.00 and i went to fetch the price tag that shows 79.99...only then the butcher manager admitted of their wrong doing but the store manager by the name of Winnie refused to assist me and was giving me an negative attitude. What happened to good customer service of shoprite gezina..is it in quantine as well. Imagine store manager giving an attitude, refusing to help a customer. I only got help after other customer intervining the discussion.Thanks to royal customers of shoprite gezina
