bad customer service from staff and manager (middestad mall)

My sister and i were doing our monthly grocery shopping on Saturday (04.03.2017) at Bellville Middestad mall's shoprite. i stood in the que as she went to grab a few more stuff since its month end and the shop might get full. When my sister got back with the things she went to grab (which she didnt know how much they were), we both asked the till operater to "price check" the few items she had and she told us that "we CANNOT do a price check on any of the tills therefore my sister must go check the price for herself somewhere inside the shop". I was annoyed and told my sister we will rather go to Pick n Pay which is right opposite the mall atleast the service is better. After paying for our goods we went to the kiosk to request for the head office number then we were told only staff can purchase and pay at that till point (we were not there to buy anything) so we continued standing there as 2 staff members who were behind us passed and got assisted, actually 3 member who were served before us and one of the staff member was a security guard who told us that "you guys are students, wait for your turn to be served" as the cashier *CANDICE* continued serving them. When we were FINALLY attended to by CANDICE, she asked if we were asking for the number to report her at the head office and was very rude, she then told us that she does not have the number and cannot get it for us, we then asked one of the staff members who also told us the very same thing. my sister then went to go look for the manager herself after asking someone to call the manager for her, when she found the manager No.1- she was all over the place no.2- she spoke whilst my sister spoke no.3- she was very rude no.4- she did not even apologise no.5- she kept putting words in my sister's mouth no.6- she also didnt have the head office number We wanted to buy more stuff at the store but decided that since we are "STUDENTS" and know nothing, we would rather go somewhere with great customer service like Pick n Pay. we were disgusted by the poor service and the attitude from staff members and from the MANAGER. We have been loyal customers of that shoprite for the past 9/10 years and service has never been this bad.
