Bad customer service from staff and manager.

Today (29 April 2021) I went to the store to purchase some products that were on promotion and I couldn’t find them on the shelves. I then approached one of their staff members and she went to “look for them at the back” I waited for a good 10 minutes before I approached another member who only came out with the products and took the remaining back into the storeroom. At the till, they didn’t record them with the promotional price so I had to ask for the manager who had a bad attitude and very impatient. I had to tell them what the price is then had to go back to the till and pay for it again with the promotional price. I’m not the only complainant by the way, there were a few other customers.
