Bad customer service from shoprite money market staff

I went to shoprite in Randburg to buy Zim econet airtime the lady by Money market rep**** me with attitude and said to me that they only selling Mzansi airtime.. ..to my surprise i always buy from them that airtime and the very same till the lady was using i always get airtime from.. Shoprite you need to train your staff about customer service and the products you sell it seems they've got no idea of what they selling in the store.09 May 2021
