Bad Customer Service

I was at your Hillbrow branch today at around 4pm with my 4 year old son... as this is a 2 floor building I went up to get some fruit and veg and as I was going towards the milk section my son suddenly wanted to pee and hurriedly looked for a Shoprite staff member to assist with a Toilet found a friendly staff member who referred me the security guard. The security guard went to the back to ask for permission and came back to inform me that they're not allowed to offer Toilet facilities to customers and I said he's just a 4 year kid and his answer was take him outside he can pee on the streets... REALLY😳😳... I asked him to take my son with to pee and he went back inside to apparently ask again and never came back ... I rushed downstairs to speak to the Manager on duty and I guess she doesn't have kids judging by her response of being defensive instead of assisting with the matter at hand as she choose to argue with me instead of assisting me .... I left my basket on the ground and took my son outside and he had to pee on the street REALLY.... I came back to continued with my shopping because that's the only Store that I can use as SPAR Highpoint closed. Is this the kind of treatment that you allow in your stores? I for 1 will never set foot in a Shoprite store after such treatment. That level of customer service is pathetic to say the list....Disappointed customer.
