Bad customer service

Shoprite Middestad💔 I have never been so disappointed in my life 3 weeks ago I bought the breakfast combo now the eggs are rotten I went there to return the eggs I was told that I did not buy the eggs at their shop yet I bought the whole combo there, I now wonder if the cheese too is rotten or not... I left the 5 boiled eggs and the 13 untouched eggs the whole 18 rotten eggs
