Bad customer service

Yesterday I went to buy bread and electricity and the cashier who assisted me stated they were offline however before I got inside the store I asked a guy by the parcel counter if there was electricity today because yesterday they said they were offline and he said yes. When I was at the till I was surprised when the cashier said we were offline I was like no they said there is electricity and she was like we are still offline. I went to take my parcel which I had left by the parcel counter and I told the guy that they were saying they were still offline and he asked me to go back to the cashier and tell her you spoke to me to sell the electricity for you. And guess what she sold it to me with an angry face and I asked her why she refused to sell the electricity to me, she just looked at me and kept quiet. I told her that I was going to report her for bad service.
