BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM SHOPRITE ALEX MALL

As am writing this email while standing at shoprite Alex Mall experiencing a very bad service from a cashier by the name of the cashier sithandiswa till number 13, I the was a front control looking at us instead of assisting us with withdrawing the money, I don't what to **** am pregnant standing in that store for almost 30 minutes just for front control lady to look at us, I had to tell the cashier to call her and assist us, am so disappointed with the level of service people are getting from shoprite Alex Mall, cashier are not wearing name tags and even the front control, please fix the situation or give them training about customer service, I ask the other lady who's the store manager but she said is only 6 of them in charge she apologized and told the cashier to come and apologize but she didn't apologize she wanted to argue with us, we just left the store, AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
