Bad Customer Service Experience

I experienced a bad service from Shoprite at Soshanguve Crossing on the 17th Dec 22. I went to Shoprite at Soshanguve Crossing on the 17th Dec 22 and the ques were so long and when i got to the till point i paid for what i bought and requested a cash withdrawal from the till for an amount of R600 and the lady who assisted me requested the Shoprite Controller (Olebogile) to assist me and Olebogile told me that she will look for other tills and asked me to stand on another que at Money Market and the lady by the name of Phalane or Phahlane (i think it's her surname) she was busy with another client and when done she started talking to another person who was not even on the que and mind do i have waited on the ques for more than 45 minutes and still have to wait for her to talk to her friends and this kind of service is really unacceptable and will appreciate if the Shoprite Staff can be taught how to deal with customers.

I explained to the Shoprite Controller (Olebogile) about the situation which she also witnessed but she did not do anything and Phalane was arguing with me that i was not at the que but the controller is the one who asked me to stand on the que. Can you please try and teach you staff how to deal with customers or take them for a customer service course because they will tarnish Shoprite's name due to incompetency and lack of customer service. I hope this will be addressed accordingly to the staff member in question.
