Bad customer service

Shoprite liquor Falala shopping complex. The que was so long they made us to wait, we requested from the manager nelly to please open another till she said it’s not possible. How can we be made to wait for so long with just one till open. We are always taken advantage of because we are at the local shops? Why does the treatment always differ? Or our money does not matter
