Bad customer service

A very rude trainee that swore at me for merely telling them that their service is the worse we waited 1:30 hour before we can be assisted with booking a ticket for an event when we got to the teller whom was also a trainee told us to wait for the lady on the next till To help us as he doesn’t book any tickets had to wait another 30 minutes after the altercation I had with the Trainee by the name of Thabo whom went as far as telling me that I can even report him it’s not like anything will happen I don’t know if that’s the kind of training they get when they are inducted.😡😡😡😡 Alex mall Shoprite 🚮
