Bad customer service

I sent my son to shoprite nyanga junction yesterday for the special of the cake mix 2 for 25 rand.The manager said he cannot buy the mix and he needs to pay normal price.I sent him for 18 pkts.He came and said thd Manager said he cannot use another persons smart dhopper card when everyone was doing it.I usualy always use another persons card.I sent him back today and they said the special is over when its clear the special ends on the 21st of April.He also made a video were all the specials was removed that same day.So i had to pay normal price because they couls see that my sin is special and he talks very slow there is no way he would be able to put up a argument with the manager.I am not happy about this.He swiped the smart shopper today and it still showed the normal price as the manager needed to imput the special.That is daylight robery.I would not suggest anyone to buy from them.
