Bad customer service

On friday the 25.06.2021 at around past 17:00pm i got pick pocketed and that person took my phone, i had that phone for 14 days, it was brand new. All of this happened inside Shoprite Thembokwezi shopping centre. I asked for the manager immediately when i realized that my phone had been taken. I finally got the manager and we went into her office, I her the whole story of what happened she did not show any care or much interest in my situation. She made a phone to the securities at that point I thought she was calling them so they can come and take me to the camera room so i can see the footage but non of that was done instead they did it with her over the phone reporting to 'her that the camera at that time was not facing in the spot where i was standing when my phone got taken. They never saw the need to take to the back and physically show me the footage, i was so angry that a store i shop at daily and monthly failed me and did not see the need to make my situation a priority and they did not care. I am very disappointed.
