Bad customer service

Good Morning. My name is Rendani.i have a problem. Everytime when I go to the big shoprite in Kempton park,by voortreker,next to airport I always experience different scinerio.last week I went there around 11am,the store was very busy but only 1 teller was working as other workers was chatting,we where more than 10 in the quee.today this morning I went there at 7:34 I bought fat cakes,when I get in the till I greeted and the old lady that was helping me never greeted me back,she was even chatting to the packer,I even asked her for a plastic but because she was not paying attention she didnt give me and I left like that.what made me write this it's because when I get to the car eating the fat it's where I realized that I was given the leftover,i understand that they can't throw the leftovers but they can't serve fat cakes like that not even warming them up.thats not fair
