BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shoprite Mabopane railway station has very very bad customer service. received a bad service at Shoprite railway station by BOITUMELO who's a cashier there I tried to address the issue and telling her to be polite while dealing with customers, that did not make things better and the sad thing is it wasn't my 1st time receiving the bad service from the store.. please get your staff in order and train them better in customer service if possible.
