Bad Customer service

Shopping at Shoprite Newtown Junction Mall is not the greatest at all. Not just today but most shopping days morning are the worst. This 09/01/2025 only one was opened. Not sure if its the same manager light in complexion (sandile Mguni) customers started complaining and his explanation was that staff are late with no explanation. He tried to calm the customers but the problem is that, this happens now and then. If you could check your cameras you would see from opening at 8: am one till was opened, I was assisted at 08:28 . People are in need of Jobs and you get staff they dont take care of their jobs.

What we've observed (shopping experience on other days) The staff is not professionally dressed,(Fishnet stockings/ minis skirts) their boiled eggs are always rotten and the rolls are never fresh even if is crispy those are not crispy they are not fresh. The prices are always incorret or misplaced as per item. Most days in the morning it's only 2 tills opened with a long queue and it's peak.

We are customers and we deserve to be served well and treated with respect.
