Bad customer service

Good day

I had a bad experience at Usave yesterday when I was using the money market's services. I went there to withdraw and deposit money however the cashier there (cashier 202) said that there was no money and they can't do the transaction and that I should use another till, which I did and I was told the same story. Having worked in the retail environment before and in customer service I know that it is ******* to give false information and with the being a cashier you're not supposed to give attitude to customers since you're the image of the company, I asked to speak to the manager Lucy and one of the employees in the background said that the security should take long until the store closes, I was surprised by this action since I know the security personnel are not supposed to be like that towards customers. Lucy came and she said that she cannot help me while telling me about drops and etc which I understand that you're not supposed to provide that kind of information to a stranger and said that I must go ahead and report her. In conclusion, I wasted money going to Usave Balfour (1158 Van Riebeeck St, Balfour), left the shop without buying and using their services as a paying customer with my reputation tarnished as there was a scene. This sadness me since I'm a frequent user of the Usave Balfour service and it's the only one in Balfour. I want an apology, this kind of behavior is common with shoprite employees when a BLACK person is a customer!
