Bad customer service

I would like to lodge a complain about Shoprite in Kempton Park CBD,No:8 Central Avenue.As usual i bought my groceries at Shoprite and i never had any complain except their long queues for month end,but last week i made my grocery as usual and left the shop without any problem.My problem started when i pack my grocery,i find my 810G slices of cheese that i never saw before,when i took the cheese on the shelf i saw something different about it,but i thought they have change the packaging of the cheese.To my suprise when i open it,it was something new to me,i never saw a pink cheese in my life and immediatly i made a phone call to the store and explain to them my problem i even told them that i already opened it.The lady who answeared the call said to me"NO PROBLEM'' you can bring it back,i ask for her name, she said to me don't worry about my name just come to the shop and tell the security at the door to call manager for that department.The following day i left early at work and i did as the lady said.The Lady security did call a manager for me.When he comes to me i explain my problem to him and he opened my plastic bag and saw they so called (polony flavoured cheese)and said to me i cant take it back because i dont have the reason why am returning it,i was like i got the reason firstly you put your polony cheese where you put a normal cheese,when i took it i thought its a normal cheese you just change the packaging to find that i was wrong about that and again i did contact the store before i came and who ever answeared the phone said to me ,bring it back to the store and you will change it even if its open.The manage (Benjamin) said to sesi i can't help you and left me while and standing.Now am stucked with 54slices of polony cheese that i won't even eat and my kids won't have the cheese for the whole month.My contact number ***
